Since you gave me your first name in your friendly call Monday, I will address you as such, Chuck, the better to thank you for your role in restoring my keys...At my destination, someone let me use her cell phone to call the 757 number. I really didn't expect to get anyone and so was really glad to know you have "Call Forwarding" to Cina's number, a system that allowed her to tell me how she worked to solve my problem. Her active concern allowed me to relax and enjoy my evening, and not fret over what happened to my keys.

I'm grateful to the both of you, and am especially pleased to know that even you, the general manager, took an interest.
